Scholarships

The University of Maryland School of Medicine was the first public medical school in the United States, and since 1807 we have been committed to providing a superb, thorough medical education to our students. School of Medicine alumni have a reputation for academic achievement and clinical expertise, and they are transforming healthcare throughout this country and beyond.

Scholarship support helps the School of Medicine offer enrollment to gifted students from a variety of backgrounds. Your gift enables a student to earn doctoral degrees in medicine, philosophy, or physical therapy; a master's degree in science; or a a bachelor's degree in medical technology and research or biotechnology. Your donation perpetuates a legacy of developing the next generation of superior physicians and medical minds.
